Pascale Monnin (Haiti)

An innate artistic talent, born in Haiti and raised in Europe, Pascale Monnin was formally trained in both locations and the cross cultural experience has been informative. Yet it is her deep connection to her island of birth that permeates her work, transforming Haiti’s magic and mysticism into a mythology undeniably her own. Versatile in multiple mediums, Monnin has exhibited widely, and her work is held in numerous public and private collections including the Lowe Art Museum, Miami and the Musée du Panthéon National Haitian.
