Reagan Kemp (The Bahamas)

Reagan Kemp (b./l. Bahamas) is a multi-disciplinary visual artist living and working in Nassau, The Bahamas. Kemp is an emerging curator and creative director working with her self-founded production company SixSeven Multimedia and ICE Bahamas. Her photography and videography practice led her to document artwork, artists and gallery openings in most of the major galleries in the Bahamas, along with an extensive list of commercial clients and local artists of multiple disciplines. Kemp has also worked in a curatorial and art handler capacity for Bahamian galleries such as The Central Bank Art Gallery, the National Art Gallery of the Bahamas, The Gallery and Wine Bar, and ICE Gallery, most recently installing at the FUZE Caribbean art fair and the Prix Pictet travelling global photography exhibition at the Central Bank Art Gallery. Her artistic practice includes commercial and fine art photography, commercial and experimental film, oil painting and mixed media sculpture, showing works in several exhibitions since the genesis of her practice in 2020. She currently serves as the Curator and Creative Programming Director at ICE (Incubator For Collaborative Expression), melding her passion for art with the community building ideals she reveres and prioritizes in her work. Reagan's ultimate goal is to live a life exalting the work of other creatives through curation and camerawork, while successfully exhibiting her own concepts and ideas in gallery spaces.
